The agreement between you and Creative Tuition BD. Short, because a long one is a way of not being read.

What this is
Creative Tuition BD connects guardians who need tuition with tutors who provide it. We verify identities and confirm requirements by telephone. We are not a party to the tuition itself: the arrangement is between the guardian and the tutor.
Your account
One account per person, with a mobile number you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share sign-in codes.
What guardians agree to
Post real requirements for real students. Answer the verification call. Do not post a requirement you do not intend to fill, and do not use the platform to collect tutors' details for another purpose.
What tutors agree to
Represent your education and experience accurately. Documents you submit for verification must be your own and genuine. Apply only where you genuinely fit — eligibility is checked, and gaming it is grounds for removal.
Fees
Guardians pay the platform nothing. Tutors pay a media fee after a confirmation is accepted, at the rates published on the fees page. The fee is held until the guardian confirms the first class took place, and is refunded in full if it does not.
What we can do
We can decline to publish a requirement, remove a post, or suspend an account — for fraud, for misrepresentation, or for behaviour that puts a student at risk. Where we can say why, we do.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that a requirement will be filled, that a tutor will be hired, or that any particular tuition will succeed. Verification tells you what has been checked; it is not a warranty of teaching quality.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will say so on this page and date it.
