What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

To create an account: your mobile number. Nothing else is required to sign in.
If you are a guardian: your name, district, thana, area and address, the students you add, and the requirements you post. Your exact address is never shown publicly — the job board shows the area only, and the full address is released to a tutor only when you confirm them.
If you are a tutor: your name, education, subjects, class levels, the districts you will travel to, your availability, and any documents you upload for verification.
Automatically: the pages you visit and basic request information, so we can keep the service working. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your phone number is never shown on a public page and never included in a job listing. The platform makes every introduction. Your exact address is never published at all.
Documents you upload for verification go into private storage. They are never addressable by a public URL, and are shown to a reviewer only through short-lived signed links. Every staff view of a document is written to an audit trail with a name and a timestamp.
Staff can see what they need for the task they are doing, and every action on your account is recorded. An administrator signing in to the console must complete two-factor authentication first.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Records of money and of verification decisions are kept longer, because both need to stay answerable years later.
Write to us and we will export or delete your account data. Records we are required to keep — a confirmed hire, a fee movement — are retained in a form that no longer identifies you.
A session cookie to keep you signed in. A preference cookie for your language and text size. Nothing else.
