A tutor may apply when their profile is at least 90% complete, their phone is verified, they teach that subject at that class level, the district is one they cover or the tuition is online, and their availability overlaps the requested schedule. Fail any of those and we say exactly which one and how to fix it.
There are no application credits to buy and no way to pay for placement. A tutor who is a poor fit cannot buy their way onto a shortlist.
A guardian can shortlist at most five tutors per requirement. It is a quality mechanism, not a paywall: thirty candidates is not a decision, it is a second problem.
