What happens if the tuition never starts?

Your media fee is held, not spent. It is released to us only after the guardian confirms the first class actually happened.

If the guardian says the class did not happen, you are refunded in full and the job reopens. If the guardian says nothing at all for seven days, you are refunded in full automatically — no ticket, no chasing, no phone call to us. A scheduled job does it.

You never lose money on a tuition that did not happen.
